Charges and terms of hire.
£20 per day or part of.
50p per mile.
All fines / fees / damage to the vehicle are the responsibility of the person/organisation hiring the mini bus.
AA Breakdown cover is included as part of the insurance, details of action required can be found on the Insurance and Breakdown Arrangements page within the operation folder held in each of the Mini Buses.
The person/organisation hiring the mini bus will need to provide a driver, age 30 or over, with no more than 3 points on his/her licence.
The person/organisation hiring the mini bus will need to have a connection to The Congleton Partnership (through one of the subgroups)
No provisional booking can be made, as others may want to use the mini bus(es)
Regular Booking can be made if space available.
Administration.
Complete documentation as required:-
Before taking the Mini Bus out, complete the “Drivers Daily Walk Round Checklist”
At the end of the trip, complete a Vehicle Defect Report Form if required, and check that the Mini Bus is clean and tidy internally.
